This course is designed to equip students with the essential skills and confidence to succeed in both virtual and in-person job interviews. It covers techniques for answering common and behavioural interview questions using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) and offers strategies to overcome nervousness and enhance self-confidence. Participants will learn how to navigate the specific dynamics of virtual interviews, including technology setup and virtual etiquette, as well as mastering traditional in-person interview practices. By the end of the course, students will be well-prepared to communicate their experiences effectively, present themselves professionally, and leave a positive impression on potential employers.
